About Me

Teena Hope: I am 46 years old with Lupus and Fibromyalgia. I was diagnosed at 15 with Lupus. I am also mom to a wonderful son who has ADHD, Asperger's Syndrome, Asthma, Epilepsy and Erhlos-Danlos (hypermobility type). I recently started the AF diet (the Anti-Inflammatory) Diet (Gluten/Dairy Free) This blog is to share our experiences with you.
